SunoPaisa Terms of Service

1. Independent service and supported providers

SunoPaisa is an independent payment-notification announcer and transaction-ledger application operated by Voxagrid (SMC-Private) Limited, Pakistan. It recognizes supported payment alerts delivered to your device and can announce them aloud or store them in a ledger.

SunoPaisa is not a bank, payment gateway, financial institution or account-verification authority. Names such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are used only to describe supported notification formats; no endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship is claimed.

2. Payment alert accuracy and merchant responsibility

Announcements are generated from notifications received on a device; they are not independently verified bank-settlement confirmations. A payment can be delayed, reversed, spoofed or absent, and providers may change message formats. Always confirm significant or disputed payments in the official bank or wallet account before delivering goods or relying on a receipt.

Service availability depends on device permissions, compatible notification formats, battery management, operating-system behavior, internet connectivity for cloud features and third-party banking networks. We work to improve reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free alerts. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Accounts, permissions and linked devices

You must use SunoPaisa only on devices you own or are authorized to administer, and grant Notification Access knowingly. The app filters recognized payment notifications from the supported sources you select. Using linked staff/counter devices is your responsibility; only link devices and staff you authorize to receive business payment information.

Keep your Google account and linked devices secure. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, falsify payment notices, access another person's data without permission, or use the service for fraud. We may investigate and restrict abuse proportionately and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Free alerts and Business Mode

The standard tier includes a monthly allocation of 50 free alerts unless a valid promotional benefit specifies otherwise. Eligible customers referred through designated VIP partners may receive a 60-alert monthly allocation. Account- and device-based quota controls may apply.

Business Mode provides the features and limits stated at the time of purchase for the selected monthly, six-month, annual or lifetime plan. Time-limited access ends on expiry unless validly renewed or extended. A lifetime plan refers to access for the supported lifetime of the SunoPaisa product, subject to lawful service changes and these Terms, not an unlimited guarantee that the product will exist forever.

Google Play purchases made inside the app use Google Play Billing. Prices, applicable taxes, renewal terms, cancellation and refund options are displayed by Google Play during checkout. Canceling automatic renewal ordinarily does not immediately cancel already-paid access.

5. Partner referrals and VIP benefits

The optional SunoPaisa Partner Program rewards eligible direct referrals who make qualifying paid Business Mode purchases. It is a single-level product-referral program: no payment is earned merely for creating an account or for recruiting additional layers of participants. There is no joining fee, investment product, deposit account or guaranteed income.

An eligible commission enters a pending period of 15 days and becomes available only if the qualifying purchase remains valid under the applicable program rules. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraudulent referrals or unauthorized purchases may reduce or cancel pending rewards. We may correct erroneous commissions and investigate suspicious activity subject to applicable law.

Some approved VIP referrers can provide eligible invitees with promotional plan pricing and an increased free-alert allocation. The prices and benefits available to each customer are those actually displayed in the applicable purchase flow or confirmed at the time of sale; eligibility may depend on a valid referral association.

Commission balances in the app are records of accrued or pending marketing rewards, not deposits or transferable wallet funds. Voxagrid pays eligible available balances manually to the bank details supplied by the partner, subject to account verification, any disclosed payout threshold, reconciliation, risk controls and applicable tax requirements. Processing times may vary.

Partners must promote the service truthfully, disclose when they may earn commissions, comply with applicable marketing and tax rules, and must not impersonate a bank or guarantee payment-verification results.

6. Billing disputes, refunds and taxes

For Google Play purchases, use the applicable Google Play cancellation and refund process. For other billing questions, contact contact@voxagrid.com with your purchase reference; your applicable purchase terms and consumer rights will be respected.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes shown at checkout. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout information and meeting their own tax filing obligations; Voxagrid will fulfill any withholding, reporting and invoicing responsibilities imposed on it by law.

7. Privacy and intellectual property

Use of SunoPaisa involves selected payment-notification processing, local and cloud ledger storage, optional linked-device sharing and optional partner payout information. These practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By linking a counter device, you confirm that you are authorized to share the relevant merchant account notifications with that device.

SunoPaisa branding, original designs and software remain Voxagrid property. Names of supported banks and wallet providers belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for compatibility identification.

8. Account deletion, misuse and service changes

You may request account deletion through the app or through the published data-deletion page. Some narrowly limited anti-abuse or legally required records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy and deletion instructions.

We may update supported bank rules, plans or features to maintain operation and security, subject to applicable purchase commitments and consumer rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security incidents or abuse, and will provide appropriate notice or recourse where required by law.

9. Law, complaints and contact

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable laws of Pakistan and any mandatory consumer rights in the jurisdiction where the user is located. Nothing in this document overrides protections that cannot legally be waived.
