Core Privacy Principle: SunoPaisa is engineered as a secure, merchant-first utility. We intercept notification data strictly for the purpose of audio generation and digital ledger maintenance. We do not sell your data, we do not request sensitive SMS reading permissions, and we are not a financial institution.
1. Disclaimer of Affiliation
SunoPaisa is an independent notification parsing utility developed by Voxagrid. We are not a bank, mobile wallet, or financial institution. SunoPaisa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party banking or financial applications (including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, or any commercial bank). All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. We do not hold, transfer, or manage your funds. We are not responsible for missing funds, delayed bank notifications, or discrepancies in your actual bank balances.
2. Data We Collect and Why
To provide our services, authenticate your identity, and facilitate our Partner Program, we collect the following information:
- Google Account Information: We use "Continue with Google" for secure authentication. We collect your associated email address and basic profile name to create and manage your merchant account.
- Device Telemetry & Diagnostic Data: When you access the app, we collect basic device information (such as your device manufacturer, model, Android OS version, and current app build). This data is used strictly by our engineering team to diagnose technical issues, optimize app performance across different hardware, and provide accurate customer support.
- Bank Account Details (Partner Program Only): If you choose to participate in the SunoPaisa Partner Program (Referral System), we collect your Bank Name, Account Title, and Account Number (IBAN/Account No.) explicitly to transfer your earned referral commissions.
- WhatsApp Number (Optional): We collect your WhatsApp phone number as an optional contact method. This is used exclusively by our support team to resolve issues regarding your commission payouts or critical account alerts.
3. Android Permissions We Request
To function as an instant payment alerter, SunoPaisa strictly requires the following Android OS permissions:
- Notification Access (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE): This is the core engine of the app. It helps recognize payment alerts from the supported banks and wallets you select, including supported payment SMS previews shown as notifications. SunoPaisa uses the payment details to announce your transactions; it is not designed to collect unrelated personal conversations.
- Battery Optimization Ignored: Helps the background listener stay active and reduces the chance of missed alerts.
- Push Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to show persistent foreground service controls, account status alerts, and referral commission updates.
4. Data Processing, Storage, and Telemetry
When SunoPaisa intercepts a payment notification, it parses the metadata (Amount, Sender Name, Time) to announce it aloud. This transaction history is saved securely in a local database on your device.
Cloud Syncing & Limits: For account backup, linked devices and monthly limits, your payment history may also be saved securely in our cloud. Records can include the payment amount, sender or receiver name, transaction reference, and related payment notification text. This information is used to provide your SunoPaisa features and is not sold to advertisers.
5. Third-Party Sharing
Your financial notification data and personal information are utilized explicitly for the internal operation of the SunoPaisa application. We do not sell, share, or distribute your transaction history, customer names, WhatsApp number, or revenue metrics to third-party advertisers or external data brokers under any circumstances.
6. Partner Program & Local Laws
Users participating in the SunoPaisa Partner Program are independent contractors, not employees of Voxagrid. Users are solely responsible for declaring any income earned through referral commissions to their local tax authorities (e.g., FBR in Pakistan) as required by law. SunoPaisa reserves the right to withhold payouts or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity, emulator use, or app cloning is detected.
7. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You maintain full control over your data. You may request the complete deletion of your SunoPaisa account, bank details, and all associated cloud-synced ledger data at any time directly from within the app settings (Profile > Delete Account) or by emailing us. Upon deletion, your personal records and transaction history are permanently erased from our active servers. To help prevent misuse of free alerts, limited account or device usage records may be kept after deletion as explained in our data-deletion instructions.
