2. Limitation of Liability and "Fake Screenshots"
While PayVoice is engineered to provide instant alerts to help merchants combat fraudulent payment screenshots, VoxaGrid assumes no liability for financial losses, scams, or missed payments.
Android operating systems frequently employ aggressive battery optimization protocols that may unexpectedly terminate background services. If a notification is missed due to OS-level throttling, device network failure, or bank server delays, PayVoice cannot be held responsible. You must always independently verify large transactions directly within your banking application.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PayVoice only on devices you own or have explicit legal authorization to monitor. Using PayVoice to intercept notifications or SMS data from a device without the owner's consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.
4. Software Updates
Banks frequently change their SMS formats and notification structures. While we strive to update our parsing engine rapidly, there may be periods where specific bank alerts fail to parse until an app update is released via the Google Play Store.
