These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VoxaGrid website. By accessing voxagrid.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Consulting and Engineering Engagements

Submitting a project request or architectural inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding engineering contract. All official development, consulting, and deployment work performed by VoxaGrid will be governed by a separate, mutually signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Guarantee

We proudly engineer custom software for our clients. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a project's MSA, upon successful completion of an engagement and full payment of associated invoices, 100% of the custom source code and intellectual property rights are irrevocably transferred to the client. VoxaGrid retains ownership only of the content, code, and proprietary assets displayed on this marketing website and our in-house products (such as PayVoice).

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the VoxaGrid website to:

• Scrape, mine, or extract data regarding our proprietary algorithms or venture products.
• Submit false or misleading enterprise inquiries.
• Attempt to compromise the security or architecture of our web servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. VoxaGrid shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
